Specialized in Private Law, Mr. Chawbah possesses comprehensive knowledge in corporate practices, and his proficiency spans commercial and employment law, governmental compliance, and organizational structure, ensuring robust legal strategies that support business growth and compliance across diverse markets.

    Armand Arton

    Mr. Arton has an extensive background serving the specialized needs of high net worth investors around the world. His career began in the wealth management division of BMO Nesbitt Burns and evolved as an Executive Director with Hampton Securities. His present position as Vice President of the Immigrant Investor Program at Arton Investments is an asset to the organization and to the clients. Mr. Arton is also registered Consultant Lobbyist with the Government Authorities in Canada. He graduated with a BA in Finance from Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales and an International Baccalaureate from College Brebeuf. His professional designations include: Chartered Investment Manager and a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute. Mr. Arton is a Patron of the Sovereign Art Foundation and is actively involved in various charity organizations around the world helping unprivileged children and supporting education. Mr. Arton is also a member of the Young Presidents' Organisation.

His expertise extends to government investor immigrant programs and asset and investment portfolio management, and his extensive background includes notable leadership roles at Merrill Lynch, Dubai Bank, Rasmala Investment LLC, and Fortune Management Inc.

    Ms. Grima is a seasoned HR professional with a wealth of international experience and currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Arton Capital. She oversees the implementation of HR strategies and policies, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives; spearheads recruitment and selection processes to foster employee engagement; and designs employee retention programs. Prior to her current role, Ms. Grima served in senior HR roles in the UAE, playing a pivotal role in developing training programs and managing the complete employee life cycle.
